We provide shipping services across all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt. Shipping rates are calculated accurately based on the customer's delivery zone and are transparently calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

2. Standard Delivery Timeframes:

• Cairo and Giza: 1 to 3 business days.
• Alexandria and Delta Governorates: 2 to 4 business days.
• Upper Egypt and Remote Areas: 3 to 5 business days.

Once an order is confirmed, our processing team dispatches the items immediately, and order confirmation tracking details are sent via text or email.

2. مدد التوصيل المتوقعة:

• القاهرة والجيزة: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل.
• الإسكندرية ومحافظات الدلتا: من 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل.
• محافظات الصعيد والمناطق النائية: من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.
