Return and Refund Policy

Our Return Policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

At Chance Store Egypt, we strive to provide a flexible and transparent return and exchange service in full compliance with consumer protection laws.

Basic Return and Exchange Conditions:

• Product Condition: All cosmetic, personal care, and fragrance items must remain unopened, unused, and in their exact original sealed packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
• Defective Products: Items arriving damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect are subject to immediate replacement or a full refund, and the packaging condition is waived.
• Allowed Timeframe: Customers have 14 days from the invoice date to request a return or exchange.

Fees and Charges:

• For standard returns or exchanges of non-defective items, the customer bears the full shipping costs (both ways).
• In cases of defective products or processing errors made by the store, Chance Store Egypt covers all return shipping fees.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds are processed immediately after the returned item passes quality inspection at our facility. The approved amount will be credited back via the original payment method within 5 to 14 business days.

نحن في شانس ستور إيجيبت نلتزم بتوفير خدمة استبدال واسترجاع مرنة وعادلة لعملائنا بما يتوافق مع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها.

شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال الأساسية:

• حالة المنتجات: يجب أن تكون جميع مستحضرات التجميل، منتجات العناية الشخصية، والعطور غير مفتوحة، غير مستخدمة، وبحالتها الأصلية المقفلة بغلاف المصنع الأصلي لتكون مؤهلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
• المنتجات التالفة: يُستثنى من شرط التغليف المنتجات التي تصل تالفة أو تحتوي على عيب مصنعي واضح، حيث يتم استبدالها أو استرداد قيمتها بالكامل فوراً.
• المدة المسموحة: يحق للعميل تقديم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء المدون في الفاتورة.

الرسوم والمصاريف:

• عند إرجاع أو استبدال منتج سليم (بحالته الأصلية المغلقة)، يتحمل العميل إجمالي تكاليف الشحن.
• في حال وجود تلف بالمنتج أو خطأ في التجهيز من طرفنا، يتحمل المتجر كامل مصاريف الشحن والتوصيل.

استرداد الأموال:

• يتم رد المبالغ المستحقة بعد وصول المنتج إلى مستودعاتنا واجتيازه فحص الجودة. يتم تحويل المبلغ إلى الحساب البنكي أو بطاقة الدفع الخاصة بالعميل خلال فترة تتراوح بين 5 إلى 14 يوم عمل.
